Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You have full control over your subscription and may cancel it at any time. When you cancel your subscription:

Sprint Plans: 90-Day Sprint plans are one-time payments that do not auto-renew. As such, they do not require cancellation.

2. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Due to the consumable nature of digital AI services and the associated immediate computing costs, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partially used billing periods.

If you forget to cancel your subscription before it renews, the charge is generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you were charged in error (e.g., due to a technical glitch), please contact us within 7 days of the charge date to request an exception review.

3. Booster Packs & Consumables

Purchases of one-time "Booster Packs" (e.g., 50 Credit Booster) are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, these credits are immediately applied to your account for permanent use and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

4. Account Termination

If your account is terminated or suspended by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription time or remaining Booster credits.

5. Disputed Charges

If you encounter an unauthorized charge, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve the issue directly and quickly, prior to initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

To request an account review, report a billing error, or ask a question regarding your cancellation, please email our billing team at support@aiplanner.app. Please include the email address associated with your AI Planner account and the order ID provided by Cashfree.
